Services Provided: The Veal Group provides counseling, coaching, and consulting options that allow flexibility, so we can tailor your treatment based on your personal needs and goals. Our approach integrates evidence-based techniques, such as Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and Cognitive-Behavioral therapy (CBT) as well as holistic, alternative approaches such as adrenal fatigue coaching, weight loss coaching, aromatherapy, and mindfulness meditation.
