Troup County’s elections department serves the public and registers all eligible citizens to vote. The Department assigns voters to their respective precincts in accordance with state and federal laws, focuses on our constituents and provides quality service by maintaining accurate voter registration records, and encourages voter participation. Conduct with integrity all primaries and federal, state, county, and municipal elections in accordance with the Georgia election code. The department serves candidates and the public by providing information on elected officials, election districts, and other registration matters, and operates an advance voting location and an absentee poll for federal, state, county, and municipal elections.
