The Troup County Certified Literate Community Program (CLCP) is a LaGrange-based non-profit partnership aimed at improving literacy rates through community-wide initiatives, including adult education, GED support, and fostering a love of reading. As part of the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG), it works with local, public, and private stakeholders to reduce low literacy, supporting both adult learners and student dropout prevention
