Get Troup Reading is an initiative to promote and improve childhood literacy in Troup County. Its goal is to have 100% of Troup County third-graders reading on grade level. To reach this goal they use the Get Georgia Reading four-pillar framework to support literacy education through language nutrition, access, positive learning climate, teacher preparation and effectiveness.
